Floor levelling
Floor levelling
A new floor is only as flat as the subfloor underneath. We turn an uneven, damaged or old subfloor into a perfectly flat base for PVC, laminate or a herringbone floor.

Why level the floor?
Bumps, joints, old adhesive residue and differences in height in the subfloor will show through your new floor. With glued (dryback) PVC every imperfection becomes visible, and with click PVC and laminate joints can start to gap or creak.
When levelling, we apply a liquid levelling compound that flows out flat by itself. The result is a smooth, level and solid subfloor on which your new floor will stay perfectly flat for years.
We level floors as a separate job and in combination with laying your new floor. That way you have one point of contact from bare subfloor to the last skirting board.

Perfectly flat base
No more bumps, hollows or joints pushing through your new floor.
Longer lifespan
A flat subfloor prevents gaps, creaking and boards coming loose.
Essential for glued PVC
Glued PVC needs a level subfloor for a flawless result.
Old adhesive? No problem
We sand away residue from previous floors first, so the compound bonds properly.
How we work
Our approach
- 01
Inspection & preparation
We inspect the subfloor, remove the old floor if needed and sand away adhesive residue and unevenness.
- 02
Dust-free & priming
The floor is thoroughly vacuumed and primed so the levelling compound bonds well.
- 03
Mixing & pouring
We mix the compound in the right ratio and spread it evenly across the entire floor.
- 04
Drying & checking
Once dry, we check the flatness. The subfloor is then ready for your new floor.

I gave Ali 5 stars because the work was delivered properly and contact went smoothly. Ali responds quickly, lets you know where you stand, is transparent about pricing and I am happy with the levelled floor!Ali helped us very well, neatly, quickly and kindly. It was not an easy job, as he first had to repair someone else’s work before he could start levelling. I definitely recommend Ali.The floor has been laid perfectly flat and communication was very pleasant.Had a laminate floor laid by Friesland vloertechniek en klussen, very nicely done, worked quickly and tidily. Definitely recommended!Frequently asked questions
Questions about floor levelling
Can’t find your question? Feel free to send us a message on WhatsApp.
How long does levelling compound take to dry?
That depends on the product and the layer thickness. A levelled floor can often be walked on after a few hours, but it must be sufficiently dry before the new floor goes down. We include the drying time in the planning.
Can every subfloor be levelled?
Most stone subfloors, such as concrete and sand-cement screeds, can be levelled well. Wooden floors often need a different approach. During the inspection we look at the best solution for your floor.
Does the old floor have to come out before levelling?
Yes, levelling compound must be applied to the bare subfloor. We can remove your old floor and sand away adhesive residue, so everything is taken care of in one go.
What does floor levelling cost per m²?
The price depends on the floor area, the condition of the subfloor and the required layer thickness. After an inspection you receive a clear quote. Feel free to send us a few photos on WhatsApp first.
