From old floor to bare base
Old floors often leave adhesive, underlay or carpet residue behind. It has to go before levelling or laying, otherwise the compound won’t bond properly or the residue will show through.
We remove the old floor, machine-sand away adhesive residue and make the subfloor dust-free. Then we look together at what is needed: levelling, or a new floor straight away.
We are happy to include removal in the complete job, but it can also be booked separately.
