What is glued PVC?
With glued PVC every plank is fully bonded to the subfloor. As a result the floor is rock-solid, doesn’t sound hollow and hardly moves.
Because the floor sits directly on the subfloor, every imperfection shows. That is why a glued PVC floor always starts with a well-prepared, levelled subfloor.
Glued PVC is water-resistant, which makes it suitable for kitchens and hallways too. Thanks to its thin build-up it is also a good choice with underfloor heating.

What is the difference between glued and click PVC?
Glued PVC is fully bonded to a level subfloor: thin, quiet and very stable. Click PVC is floated on an underlay with a click system: quicker to install and comfortable. We are happy to advise which suits you best.
Can glued PVC be used with underfloor heating?
In general yes, and thanks to the thin build-up the heating works well. Do follow the manufacturer’s guidelines, for example on maximum temperature. We are happy to advise.
Does the floor always need levelling?
Glued PVC requires a flat, level subfloor. In many homes that means levelling. When measuring we assess the subfloor and the quote shows exactly what is needed.
How do I maintain a PVC floor?
Vacuum or sweep, and occasionally wipe with a slightly damp mop and a suitable PVC cleaner. Avoid aggressive cleaning products and standing water.
